Peter Gaskins
Mr. Gaskins is a former CEO with 40+ years of analytical, operating, and consulting experience. In the second half of his business life, his consulting work focused at the CEO and Board level for private and smaller publicly-held companies. Principal practice areas included merger and acquisition advice, work-outs, capital markets access, corporate strategy, and corporate governance.
Prior to leaving Wall Street in his early 40s, he:
- Led the cost-effective founding and growth of the highest-ranked, internally built, foreign-owned investment bank and institutional stock brokerage in the United States.
- Built a start-up money management venture into a rapidly growing, profitable effort within three years.
- Was an Institutional Investor All-Star Analyst.
Mr. Gaskins’ education was varied, including an M.B.A in Finance from Harvard Business School (with First Year Honors), a B.A in Statistics (cum laude) from Harvard University, and an Associates Degree in Welding (including certification) from Chemeketa Community College.
